How come I cannot log in?
There are only two reasons I know of. One is you are using the wrong password. The other is you are experiencing "the bug".

How do I know which is which?
If you are recieving red error messages saying "invalid password", then you're not entering the right password for that username.
If you are typing in a username and a password and when you press the button labeled "Login", the two fields where you typed them in come back blank with no error messages, you are experiencing "the bug".

How do I get past the "invalid password" ?
Click on the link labeled "Forgot Password?" and follow the directions.

How do I get past "the bug" ?
Enter your username and your password and check the box labeled "Remember me next time". Then press the button labeled "Login".

What if using "remember me" check box doesn't get around the bug?
Then you will have to delete the cookies from your browser. You don't have to delete all of them, just the ones created by site "chessfordollars.com".
To find out how to do that, pull down the help menu from your browser and search on "deleting cookies".
